The HR manager gave me a call out of the blue a week after I applied to fix a time to speak but it turned into a impromptu interview. The following week, I had a phone interview with a VP Investment officer. A third phone interview was scheduled with the company's corporate development principal. Finally, I was flown out to Lagos to meet all the partners and the chairman.
