Overall process started with game based assessment and CV filtering process.

I was then invited to an assessment centre which took place in a hotel close to the Stevenage facility which was very inspiring to look at (I accidentally went to the wrong place and was lucky to walk through the facility)
It was a very pleasant experience overall so much so that i thought i had actually got the job. The staff on the day were really delightful and it seemed like a fantastic place to work and very multicultural. It consisted of a group exercise, which is where you will really want to showcase your thoughts an input, and an 2 to 1 interview with the team leaders. I definitely could have been more prepared for the actual interview though.
Interview Questions
It seemed like they were trying to set the expectations of the reality of the job quite low. I think i was very excited about working in the industry and they were trying to convey the tediousness of certain aspects of the role. My recommend showing that you are passionate but also a serious worker and use concrete examples of how you can show this about yourself.
They asked my about my coding experience and if I had encountered Linux before.
