Interview
applied through university job career website; contacted on the same day through email; had 30 minute phone conversation and was invited for on-site interview next morning; had interview the day after; had no contact since then for 4 days so I'm guessing I'm dinged
Interview Questions
there really was no difficult interview questions; they mainly asked me to clarify my resume; was a small company so didn't really ask me technical questions, although that seemed to be partly due to the fact that I'm from regional target
just know you resume well; i also emphasized i already have experience of having to meet tight deadlines and they seemed to like that; to be honest, i don't know why i didn't get offer as I thought the interview went very well (they even told me they are very confident I am qualified candidate)
