2 rounds of interviews. First round they pick about 15 MBA and Undergrad candidates and will be interviewed by the VP. Mostly fit but will include some of the common technical questions.

Second round is with the VP, Senior VP, and CEO/President. Completely fit.

The VP is in charge of summer analyst recruiting. They strongly prefer experienced candidates familiar with financial modeling
