Operation Due Diligence Analyst

Initially, I applied to Aksia via a web posting on LinkedIn for an ODD analyst role in New York City. This location is a partner operated office, and Aksia is headquartered out of Athens, Greece. The HR recruiter reached out to me, whom was located in Greece to schedule an initial phone (zoom) interview where she went over my resume and asked me technical questions. One of the technical questions she asked was, when reviewing a private equity fund, what documents would you request from the PE fund for review. I answered with things like their ESG statement. I then was moved to a second round interview where you are given 45 minutes to write a detailed report and you are given three different prompts. You write this and share your screen on zoom. I wrote how I believed they wanted an operational due diligence report to be structured and this may have knocked me out because I maybe didn't write how they want. There were two following interviews, both firm visits.
