I applied through college career service website and was invited to take the first round online aptitude test which consists of mental math + sequence. The math part was pretty straightforward and easy, just go to tradertest and practice. The sequence part requires some preparation but wasnt that hard. Then was the online personality test, just try to think of the traits they are looking for and pretend you have all the traits and you will be fine. After that i was invited for one-sided webcam interview, one fit question, two mental math problems and one simple probability question. Now im invited for the next round, phone interview with a senior trader during his break. will update when i finish the phone screen round
