Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After submitting resumes, I was asked to take both a mental math and pattern recognition tests. Then, I had a one on one call with a senior trader where he asked me about the markets and to calculate what the certain gain or loss would be on certain trades with certain strike prices. The super day was both fun and stressful. We got to play lots of market making games with sports and weather but then were drilled on mental math throughout the day in a stressful environment.
