Junior Trader

I talked to them at a career fair and filled out a form with my information along with handing them a resume. I also applied online for a Junior Trader, Junior Wholesale and Pit Trader (Entry Level), Junior Quantitative Developer - Automation, and Junior Quantitative Developer - Data Analysis positions online.

I was sent an email telling me internship spots were closed and another two emails containing a test link and some instructions outlining the process.

The first step was a " timed 22-minute online mental math test" where "Absolutely no calculators, pen or paper of any kind should be used on this test"

I only made it past the first round which was 17 minutes of math and 5 minutes of sequences. I feel like I was weeded out only because of this because otherwise (IMO) I have very strong quals.
