Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Knew Akuna Capital via campus recruiting virtual fair, then applied and was moved to OA test.
The OA consists of three coding questions focusing on algorithms (leedcode medium/hard) in 90 mins (or 120 mins sorry I did it too long ago so I forgot). The expectation is to solve two out of three. I chose Python to code.
After passing the OA, I was moved to the next round, which is an online math test.
The math test is half hour and pretty sure, with focus on linear algebra, stats and calculus. Also, you are expected to record a video and explain how to derive the answer for each question.
After passing the math test, I was moved to the tech phone interview. The tech phone interview will be conducted via code pair format with questions such as math and statistics, as well as coding.
