Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round: Mental math and sequences test without a calculator and they said they would check this later on (round 3). Given two weeks to do it after receiving it.
2nd round: Personality test and a few IQ test questions at the end, not timed. Given two weeks to do it after receiving it.
3rd round: One-sided video interview where I had a to calculate expected values/probabilities in my head while playing a card game they created. I was also asked to say out answers for some mental math questions.
Did not advance past 3rd round.
4th round: Was told it is a 1-1 interview with a trader.
5th round: Onsite.
