Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First interview was a coding challenge. You will have 4-5 days to complete it and submit back to HR. If you pass this stage, they will give you a technical phone interview lasting about 30-45min covering questions on CS fundamentals rather than coding.
If you pass the phone interview, they invite you over to the company for an interview. The superday consisted of a programming competition in the morning followed by a behavioral interview in the afternoon and one last technical interview before sending you off.
