They accepted it a few days later and emailed me with a 22 minute Math test online where calculator/pen/paper wasn't allowed. Was pretty tough with normal arithmetic and a lot of long division but doable. There was also sequence test which was pretty tough, not easy to do without preparing (similar to plenty of sites online).
Next round was a personality test of 185 questions, pretty straight forward just designed to see what you behave like.
After that was a one-sided video interview that consisted of behavioral/technical/math questions. It's doable with preparation. Doesn't take too long at all, probably maximum 10 minutes. Keep in mind every stage has about 1 week deadline up till this point.
After this there was a 1 on 1 phone interview with a high up member of Akuna that isn't super difficult, mainly a gauge on how fit you are for the role with the behavioral/technical questions they give. Basic stuff really I shouldn't have to reveal it, but expect options pricing, your interest in the markets etc. At the end they give you a few brain teasers where the answer isn't as important as your methods and approach to the problem so don't stress too much. But you definitely need to think fast and get on the right track. They will guide you if you're struggling.
Finally, there is a video interview that is two-sided with 2 senior traders. Haven't done this yet but it's probably behavioral/technical/mathematical as usual.
