Trader Intern

first there was a math test (easy)
then there was a personality test (very easy)
afterwards was the initial phone interview (average)
finally onsite where 2 people take turns blasting questions at you (average)

The questions are not that difficult, if you can handle "heard on the street" you won't have too much of a trouble. I think what gets most people though, is that you have to be very very quick when you answer. So make sure you know your stuff before you apply!
