Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Online mental maths (arithmetic and sequences) test, personality test, recorded video interview, and final web interview with senior traders. For the online maths test, just practice a lot on Trader test and zetamac until you're convinced you have improved your skills. For the personality test, aim for INTJ type or similar. Recorded video interview was pretty straightforward, but brush up on Baye's theorem and combinatorics. I will go in detail about the final round web interview in the next section, as I thought that was the most difficult.
