Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process started with an online test that covered mental maths (80 questions in 8 minutes) and sequences. Then there was a final interview on Zoom with a senior trader. This covered mental maths, brain teasers (from Heard on the Street) and analysing 3 bid-ask spreads to find an arbitrage opportunity. Learn how read bid-ask spreads and understand the difference between being a market maker and a market taker. Part of the interview was to recall what mental maths questions had been asked earlier to test your memory.
