ALA Services is an enterprise software investment company headquartered in Naples, Florida.

We are seeking to acquire mature-software companies, which will remain separate entities under the ALA umbrella, and increase profitability through a shared-services model that provides sales, marketing, legal, and financial synergies across acquired companies.

Our objective is to grow consolidated revenues to more than half a billion in revenue. Financial support for the acquisitions will be sourced from a number of private equity firms, banks, and debt funds.

ALA Services also provides a variety of M&A activities to PE and VC firms, as well as other software companies. Our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Services allow customers to leverage ALA's expert M&A acumen. Some of our offerings include: negotiating acquisition prices, managing recently acquired companies, locating acquisition candidates/deal sourcing, or raising debt/equity capital.
