Interview
After getting an email from HR, I had 1 on 1 interview with 3 senior managers in the firm. I had a chance to talk various division heads and learn in detail about the role. The interview consisted of the mix of technical and behavioral questions. Be ready to share your interest in private markets, especially venture capitals and private equity. The culture of the firms seems pretty decent in terms of work-life balance and supportive team.

Interview
1st round was a call with the recruiter. 2nd round was a case about an investment fund. Haven't heard back about the third(final) round yet.
Interview Questions
The first round of the interview was purely behavioral. No technicals, only questions about past experiences listed on the resume The case was about 100+ pages. Documents that were given were a private placement memo, a powerpoint slide deck on the opportunity and the question prompt document. A three page report was required. There was definitely a time constraint. Only had one and a half hours to read and write. They asked for strengths and weaknesses on performance, organization & strategy.
