AHVP invests in companies from the seed stage to the mezzanine level. We make initial investments as small as $500,000, but we expect our average investment over the funding lifetime of a company to be $3-$5 million. We look for the following characteristics in a company: Management team with strong experience and high integrity Rapidly growing market Potential to set industry standards or change industry dynamics Compelling business model with clear path to profitability Strong barrier to entry and/or high switching costs A good fit for one of our managing directors to add tangible value.
