Interview
Started networking with company in August, found out they were hiring from my university in September, attended all on campus company events, was selected to start interview process shortly after.

First round was 1 on 1 in person interview with HR.
Second round was 1 on 1 teams interview with VP/Director level individual.
Third round was an IQ test (1 hour), 2 personality tests, and a live excel modeling test (1 hour hard limit).
Fourth round was a interview with a MD/Partner (significantly harder than the rest of the interview).
Interview Questions
Lots of questions asking if I understood the role of turnaround and restructuring consultant in the final interview. No real technical's outside of the modeling test, and that was easy. Honestly the hardest part was getting the interview in the first place, had to get in front of the right people.

Interview
I applied online and about 3 weeks later I received an email about interviewing. It was easy to schedule. I spoke with an HR manager and it was mainly behavioral and fit questions. Why did I not want to go into consulting? How have I handled working with someone I did not get along with and stuff like that. She said the next steps would be a 1-1 interview followed by an online assessment, interview with the assessment team, team interview, manager interview, consultant interview, and potentially another interview before I would receive an offer

Interview
They are looking to avoid having people that don't fit or can't perform join, so they make you jump through a lot of hoops and testing to get hired. Excel test, personality test, IQ test and a full day of interviews. It seems like overkill, but if you join you'll be glad that they have all of these filters in place for your colleagues.
Interview Questions
The restructuring group spends a lot of time helping clients maximize working capital to manage liquidity, and questions on working capital can be tricky depending on your background.

Met the firm at a career fair and had an introductory phone call interview within the next week. Asked about my interest in the firm and consulting.
Interview Questions
Interview was for financial advisory services division. First questions were largely behavioral. Why do you want to do consulting, what are your goals for this internship, and where do you see yourself in five years. Then there were in-person interviews where I met with several people ranging from consultant to MD. These interviews were largely behavioral and were focused on fit. The firm places paramount importance on fit, and uses psychological evaluations and IQ tests to measure an employee's fit for the firm.
