Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview was conducted through Skype. My university program sent the CVs of students to the company and they asked me to interview. Several days' notice was given before the interview.
I interviewed with the founder of the company. He asked mostly fit/behavioral questions, such as why I am going to Destination X for exchange, why investment banking etc. He asked briefly about my finance experience but no technical questions were asked. He focused a lot on my English proficiency, and liked how I had won an international essay competition.
