Initial submission which led to a hirevue type assessment where you had to answer a few behavior questions (ie. why alpha, what strengths, etc.).

If successful, got contacted directly for a group superday, which consisted of a case study, group activity, and individual round. Followed by additional 1 on 1 calls if they are still deciding on candidates/dragging the process out.
