Analyst

I was asked to apply on the AlphaSights website, which asked for a resume and a 200-word personal statement reflecting on one of their core values. After a week or so, I received an automated reply inviting me to begin the next step of the interview process, which involved me sitting in front of the computer and self-recording answers to questions that appeared on the screen. I was asked 6 questions, and had: 5 seconds to think of my response, and either 30 or 60 seconds to talk it out. Two weeks later, I received a plastic letter saying they weren't going to pursue my candidacy any further.
