Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There was a five minute automated video interview in which you had 15 to 30 seconds to answer questions. A week later I had a one on one Skype interview with an hr analyst two years out of college. She was very passive aggressive throughout. Initially when my Skype was not working she made very snooty comments. And basically, the interview deteriorated from there. There does not seem to be too much analysis required for this position. It appears that as an analyst you try to connect clients to experts, and that's basically it. She did seem to suggest that there are more responsibilities conferred in the lead analyst position- you lead a group of analysts.
