Analyst – Graduate Level

I applied online using the Alphasight form and was asked three main questions about the company and other competencies about myself.

I was sent an email after 1 day of applying to do a recorded VIDEO interview. There I was asked questions such as:

-What does AS do?
-What makes a successful professional services company?
-How does a role with AS fit into your long term career goals?
-Tell us about a recent news story and how it interested you?
-What are you passionate about in a non-professional manner?
-Who is your role model?

I tried to make my answers clear and well rounded but unfortunately - whoever it was that was judging thought I had nothing to offer the company.
