First round was a 10m call with the recruiter to just check over your resume (I have heard some people get rejected over this though so maybe try being super peppy/extroverted but also professional since that's what they want). Second round is a "case interview" where they ask you to find 2 good LinkedIn profiles that fit your client's need (ex. if the client wants to invest & do research on the yogurt industry, bring them an exec at Chobani and a dairy exec at Whole Foods). 2nd round also includes a mock call where you call the person at say, Chobani, and ask them vetting questions (ex. about their marketing, priorities, etc.). 3rd round is behavioral and easy, why AlphaSights, why sales/client services, 1 time you were the organized person in a group, etc.
