Please describe the interview / hiring process.
They first had a series of events on-campus including an info session, being at a career fair, etc. to see interest. I applied on Handshake (career website) and received a first round video interview. It was all behavioral. Then, I got a 2nd round interview which was 2 back-to-back 30 minute interviews with current employees at Altamont. It was very case-based and walked through previous portfolio companies/case studies from Altamont.
It wasn't extremely difficult, but don't expect a 'finance' interview. It's mainly consulting-based.
