First step: telephone interview with an associate (about 30-60 min with a focus on CV, motivation, brainteasers and accounting)

Second step: Interview and case on the spot (3 hours: 1 hour for 1 on 1 Interview with associate, 1 hour for the case, 2 hours to discuss plus different topics/questions like cv, motivation, valuation with analyst and associate)
Interview Questions
In the case study you will get the text, after that you will be asked to prepare company profile (onepager) using information from the text. Then you will get balance sheet and income statement. Be prepared to discuss these financials and different positions like margins, debt level, working capital level, calculate FCFF for DCF. After that you will be asked to calculate DCF and then present and discuss it all with the team. The last task will be to look at CCA and select appropriate comparables.
