1) Apply Online.
2) They will not respond to all applications, but if you do get a response they give you a brief phone screen asking why you want the job. I received a call the next day because I applied quite early, in August.
3) First Round Interview. Recruiters came to my school and conducted a behavioral-based interview.
4) Second Round Interview. If you get invited back for a second round, they will call you. They came to my school again. This interview started off with a few behavioral questions and then progressed to technicals followed by a case study.
5) Day In the Field. I did not make it to the final round. Once you get here you pretty much have the job. You get to a shadow a TSM for a day and try making sales.

1. "You know that we make cigarettes, which are harmful products. Are you okay with this?" - Asked in HR screen, first round, second round.

2. "Tell me about a time that you failed." - Asked in first round and second round

3. "Tell me about a time where you had to think quickly." - Asked in first round
