The interview process consisted of a preliminary phone interview in which the recruiter gauged your interest in both Altus and real estate in general. The next step was a 1-hour excel test that focused on knowledge related to cash flow models, real estate comps and general knowledge of the real estate industry. It was necessary to know basic excel skills as well as VLOOKUPs and formatting skills.
