What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had four different phone interviews, all behavioral. They want to see you apply the Amazon leadership principles in answers to basically every question and if you do that you are golden. The key is to keep it conversational and prepare all basic behavioral questions but in a way that addresses one of the Amazon leadership principles. They also want STAR format clearly expressed in every answer.
