Phone Interview followed by two in-person interviews. They give you 24 hours to complete a fairly easy case-study in excel and your first in person interview will consist of someone asking questions. The key to being successful is to know Amazon's leadership principles and be able to talk about them. Oddly, I was not asked any technical questions and all three interviews were very easy. Make sure you can demonstrate your ability to work independently and times where you have improved a process/situation.
