Applied, did the leadership assessments. Had some quant problems, not difficult, and answered the leadership questions honestly. Heard back from a recruiter within a few weeks. Did an initial screening with a recruiter. Had a couple of behavioral questions in that, with some probing, but mostly logistical questions. Then scheduled the final round. Final consisted of two 45min behavioral interviews. Questions are based on the Leadership Principles and they will probe you deeper to learn about your thought process. Know your stories like the back of your hand and use quantifiables wherever possible, and be able to back those numbers up. I completed a written assessment before the final round, and the advice I was given for that was to use very conversational, punchy language.
