First round (assessment) - 70' for 2 leetcode-style questions, then 60' work-simulation, 20' behavioral/personality questions.
2nd (final) round - 3 back-to-back live coding interviews, about 1/2 behavioral (Leadership Principals), 1/2 leetcode-style questions.
