Senior Financial Analyst

The interview process consisted of 2 rounds, both done virtually. The first round was 2 30-minute interviews. The first interview was all about fit and why Amazon. The second interview focused more on technical problems, working through a mini case given over the phone. The mini case was operational/marketing in nature and tested for intuition of the business. The second round was also 2 30-minute interviews. The time the first interview focused on work experience and how it would be applied at Amazon. After the first interview an Excel case was administered. We were given 30 minutes to complete and submit the case before starting the 2nd 30 minute interview to review the case and discuss results. Overall everyone was very friendly and helpful.
