Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process begins with a contact from HR. After HR contacts you there will be a phone interview which has both fit and technical questions. If you pass that they will send you a financial project such as valuing a company that they will ask questions about in an interview. You will have a couple days to complete this assignment and then comes two back to back one on one interviews. They aren't incredibly tough, but you should be very familiar with Amazon.
