The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I applied online through Indeed and, 2 days later, received an email from HR to schedule a phone interview. It was very casual, a few fit questions at first and then the HR rep transitioned into explaining the role and essentially tried to sell it to me. After that, I waited for about a week and a half to get the actual offer (had to go through the CFO I think). Then, I had to pass a background check and a drug test (urine sample at a local hospital), and my first day was 3 weeks after I applied.
Interview Questions
I saw that you're interested in [insert something from Interests section of resume here]. Can you tell me about it?

Why did you apply for this role? Why are you interested in finance?

Why did you apply to our company? Are you interested in the energy efficiency and renewables industry?

The few questions that I was asked were all very casual, conversational, and easy to answer. Basically, HR wanted to make sure that I wasn't an antisocial loser who didn't know how to have a normal phone conversation.
