Interview
The hiring process was pretty straightforward. We had one phone interview, and then a day of three one on one interviews at their NYC office.
Interview Questions
They asked mostly behavioral questions. Things about how I'd fit in to the company, times I'd experienced stress and how I handled it. My previous travels abroad and how I handled any complications that came up. There were very few technical questions that I struggled with. I was asked one question about what my favorite financial ratio was, why, and what the formula was for it. That was pretty straightforward, and since it was choose your own adventure it was an easier challenge to overcome. Overall, a very reasonable interview process.
