There is a basic screening phone interview with HR and they will review your resume. If you are selected for an in-person interview you will meet with several of the counselors and analysts were they will review your resume and judge how well you will fit in with the firm's culture.

After this you will have to take an Test to evaluate your knowledge of Excel. It is important to have a good understanding of general Excel formulas, efficient shortcuts, and troubleshooting methods. It is around 15 "questions" that involve solving problems with actual Excel worksheets. It takes roughly an hour.
Interview Questions
Nothing too unexpected in one-on-one interviews. It's mostly to judge for fit. However, the Excel test can be difficult if you haven't had much experience outside of college work.
