The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I was taken upstairs and initially greeted by HR. The CFO then joined us and we had a 30-45 minute discussion on my future goals, and previous work history. I was also asked to talk about weaknesses, and if I would stay with the company long-term. They seemed generally concerned about turn-over rate which was a bit of a red flag, but I ensured them that I am not the employee that jumps from place to place each month.
Interview Questions
The first somewhat odd question was "What were you bad at at your last job?". Usually people ask where you have room for improvement so the way that they worded this made me feel like I had to be VERY careful.

They also picked up on the vibe that I severely disliked sales (which I do) so they asked me "Why do you seem to really dislike sales?"

Lastly they asked the standard but dreaded "Where do you see yourself in 10 years and how will your time here assist in that?". As usual I combined my goals with what the company could provide.
