The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I met a finance analyst during a career fair on campus and then applied online through their website. I got a phone call from a manager in Internal Audit about 3 weeks later, who wanted to schedule a phone interview within the next 2 days. It was a standard behavioral interview. After our conversation ended, she said, on the phone, that I was invited to an on-site interview next week. Amway provided transportation and accommodation in a very beautiful hotel and a room with a view. The second-round interview consisted of a presentation to 15 middle-level managers about my skills and qualifications for the position. Then I had 3 interviews with 2-3 managers each from the different finance divisions. Again, standard behavioral questions, and the interviewers were pleasant. The half-day ended with a tour of the headquarters. The office was pretty modern with creatively named conference rooms. Only complaint is that they didn't offer breakfast or lunch. Received offer next business day by phone call.
