Analysis Group was very professional and courteous with me during all stages of the interview process. I applied through a resume, cover letter, and transcript drop at my university (target), typical of most hiring processes. They really take the time to read over your materials, however, and this was evident during my on campus first round interview. Later, they called me back to interview at their downtown office, which consisted of a morning of speaking 1-1 with analysts, associates, and even VPs and managers in the firm. It got pretty technical in terms of econometric and statistic research experience, so be prepared to answer a lot of in depth questions about your resume and relevant experiences. However I guess at the end of the day I wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed, and they picked more qualified candidates.
