Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got invited to a 2-on-1 interview with a consultant and analyst, who mostly asked behavioral/background/experience questions. Then heard back a couple days later for Superday invite. Superday options either in-person or virtual. I did mine virtual, and it was 4 back-to-back 30 minute interviews. First 3 were with managers and went deeper into my background, experiences, and behavioral. Last one was a 2 on 1 coffee chat with an Analyst and an Associate. Everyone was nice!
