Interview
I met with the coordinator of chess in his office in the Sir John Pidgeon building. He asked me some questions about my experience and what I could do for the program.
Interview Questions
No difficult questions were asked because I was an old boy of the school and had played chess there extensively for several years. Chess coaching on its own isn't too difficult either; especially at a school level in Brisbane, and I had some experience at other schools before being referred here.

If a difficult question were asked, it would have to do with how I would go about teaching or designing a program and how I would justify that program as being the most effective way to teach chess to the students.
