Interview
There was an online HireView, followed by a series of essay questions. I was then invited to interview on campus (case-based) then finally a superday panel in NYC. The panel was me and 5 other candidates being asked random questions.
Interview Questions
If you had 1 Million to reinvest into the company, how would you and why? They were more focused on sales reasons for this question and were interested in our analysis of both the company and the beer industry overall.

I was also asked to critique the responses of other students. You must be engaged throughout the entire interview because they will try to catch you slipping up. It is intended to see how you perform under pressure.

Background Check
Interview
Very intense process. Began with a number of online tests through my school's recruiting office. After passing the resume review and background checks, I had a business case. The next day, I had a personality/fit interview. After passing that round, I was invited to St. Louis a few weeks later for a business simulation. You also got a tour of the HQ and brewery. After making it past that round, we had a final group interview at the NYC office. I didn't get the offer. A number of people who went to my school reached out to me throughout the entire process.
Interview Questions
The final round was easily the most difficult. The setting was six candidates on one side of a conference table and about 10 execs on the other side. As soon as the interview began, each person got about 30 seconds to introduce themselves and the executives began firing off questions. The questions were designed to wear down everyone; the first question asked to one of the girls was simply "what is 14 times 17?" The executives looked for disagreements among candidates and tried to break down everyone's reasoning. I received a question about whether or not AB should use a new kind of barley that uses half the amount of water but costs 4 times as much.

The whole process is positive. Recuiter are friendly and very willing to answer all of your questions. No behavior questions. All about your past experience in your resume. Talk about my previous internship and some knowledge about time series. Very nice conversation. But don't know why no offer
Interview Questions
Nothing difficult. All about resume. Just be careful about your details. They will ask about exact numbers and what knowledge you use. The more details the better.
