Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Fairly simple. First round was a 30 minute call with HR: typical behavioral for why Annaly Capital Management and why real estate. Do you know what we do? Second round was ~40 minutes between an Associate and a SVP. My experience was basically all behavioral with the Associate and with the SVP, asked some technical background and then we just talked for 15 minutes. Try to have a real estate background and really explain why you want this position compared to investment banking!
