The largest “Sell side” transaction ANV has completed to date is a growth/recapitalization of a +300M Energy Services business. The smallest was a “fire-sale” spin-off of training software assets. The most complicated transaction was a “Buy side” acquisition of sixteen US and Canadian wind energy projects for a European Corporate Buyer. (Expected to require +200M in 2007 and +3B in funding over 5 years)

ANVP works extensively in the Energy Sector: fuel hedging strategies, energy technology commercialization, coal-gasification, ethanol, wind, mini-hydro, solar, bio-diesel, alternative fuels, hydrogen, electricity generation, CHP, aviation fuels, battery, and power storage technologies.

ANVP also has a satellite office in Mumbai and is engaged in sourcing mid-market transactions in India.
