Althought the majority of our clients have Commercial or Acquisition, Development and Construction loans, our objectives are the same for debt obligations that are not mortgaged by real estate. We have significant experience in workouts involving the FDIC as Receiver for a failed bank or thrift and workouts with an assuming bank or other institution.
