APS posted a Corporate Development Internship on schools website. They said they were looking for someone with finance knowledge and would be helpful if they were experienced in modeling, but not requirement.

Recruiter reached out to me and interviewed me, and told me about the company. I mentioned that I had multiply offers and she expediated the process. Within in 2 days I was in the corporate office interviewing.

Head of Corporate Dev. spent 12 years at Goldman and has an MBA from HBS.
Interview Questions
Walk me through a DCF? How would you assign a discount rate?

I tried to use the WSO guideline, but failed miserably as I don't have much experience in modeling. If I were to interview again I would DEFINATELY have studied.
Is Depreciation a cash expense and it's effects on the three financial statements?

Pretty tough question, but I knew this because of my accounting classes.
