Founded in 2004 by Kevin Custer and Rita Ferrandino, Arc Capital Development is a private equity and advisory firm offering hands-on expertise to innovative and rapidly growing businesses in the preK through post-secondary space. Arc helps to grow and position companies in preparation for additional investment. Arc will also invest in some of these companies, with more than $500 million in available capital by its two capital equity partners.

Arc Capital Development’s principals have built, founded or been the primary architect of nine different companies in the last 20 years, generating aggregate revenues in excess of $500 million. For seven of these companies, Arc’s principals have been the senior executives leading the shareholder exit process, with shareholder returns from 4 to 25 times initial investments.
