Investment Banking Junior Analyst

Relatively easy, I was connected to the individual who runs the intern program and sent him a cold email. Later that day he responded to schedule a call and talk to me about the program. He began with telling me a bit about the firm and what they do, then asked several standard behavioral questions to figure out if I would be a good fit for the firm. At the end of the call he let me know they would be extending an offer and I received it later that night.
